Founder/Director
As a Fellow Member of the Tax Institute, a Public Qualified Accountant, and a Registered Tax Agent, Michael is passionate about delivering high-value accounting results and consistently exceeding expectations. With extensive experience in the industry and the completion of a Bachelor of Accounting from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Michael has proven to be an expert in the accounting and taxation field.
Michael is passionate about maintaining relationships with his clients. He views himself as more than just an Accountant. He sees himself as an extension of every business and every account he works with. His commitment to exceeding results and finding the best outcomes for all clients has earned him a positive reputation throughout the Melbourne and Australian Accounting communities.
When working with professionals, he demonstrates exceptional interest in helping them understand their financial obligations, enabling them to continue growing their firm year after year. He has assisted many businesses and is responsible for many success stories across the Melbourne accounting community.
Though he is eager to help everyone find the best results on the market, Michael shows a special interest in the Medical and Healthcare Industry. Assistant Accountant
Chantelle Eskander is a qualified accountant and a member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. With a passion for numbers and a strong commitment to accuracy, Chantelle provides practical and reliable accounting solutions to individuals and businesses alike.
She specializes in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance, combining technical expertise with a client-focused approach. Chantelle takes pride in helping clients navigate complex financial matters, making accounting understandable, manageable, and stress-free.
For Chantelle accounting is more than just numbers—it’s about creating clarity, reducing stress, and empowering clients to focus on what matters most. She takes pride in translating complex financial information into practical insights that are easy to understand and act upon. She is committed to professional growth, Chantelle continuously keeps up-to-date with the latest developments in accounting, taxation, and business regulations.
Outside of work, Chantelle enjoys spending quality time with her family and expanding her knowledge in finance and business and contributing to her community through volunteer initiatives.

The IPA is recognised in Commonwealth and State law in Australia. IPA members are recognised by the Australian Government as Qualified Accountants and have equal standing under Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) rulings. which means we have undertaken a significant amount of study and practice experience to gain our membership status. Each designation offers particular knowledge, skills and experience to meet the needs of the world of business and finance. As a member of IPA, we work across all areas of business and finance in a range of technical accounting and business roles.
